Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and service-oriented assistance to Hungarian-speaking customers and sales partners
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules and order fulfillment
• Support hospitals, sales partners, and customers with product- and service-related inquiries
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure efficient processes
• Maintain and manage customer and master data while ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation
