We are looking for a HR Expert (m/f/d) Learning & Development in Düsseldorf to support the diversity, inclusion and equity / DEI Team of our client as soon as possible.

Our client is a globally operating energy group and mainly active in the European gas and electricity business.

Your Tasks as HR Expert (m/f/d) Learning & Development

• You bring your perspective and knowledge of diversity, inclusion, and equity (DEI).
• You develop and promote training offers to enhance employee understanding on inclusions issues and DEI topics in general
• Furthermore you support  leaders in understanding DEI and enhance their inclusive leadership traits by deveoping and promoting training offers.
• In the learning management system, you create, maintain and manage trainings incl. booking, scheduling and supplier management.
• You support and guide the recruitment team to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and help design processes that are free from bias.
