For our client, a partner for electricity- and naturalgas in Germany and european countries, we are hiring an Operations Analyst (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.

What we are looking for:

• You are a team player and like to work together with your colleagues to achieve high quality results in a diverse team setting, being responsible for exciting products like, Solar parks and TSOs.
• Your keen eye for detail will be put to use ensuring deal verification and settlement operations, including preparing and sending invoices, checking and processing invoices in SAP is 100% on time and accurate.
• Use your problem solving skills to uncover and resolve discrepancies and disputes, and other operational incidents, as required.
• You can use your analytical skills to challenge the status quo and bring the processes to the next level using latest technologies.
• You use your strong customer orientation and communication skills to be a valued business partner and support the Front Office in growth initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Education in business-related fields: e.g. business administration, economics, finance, accounting or similar
• Background in energy trading and a passion for business process design and its automation from a front-to-end perspective is a plus
• Profound analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office services (Power BI, Power Automate), as well as Sales and Trading Applications and SAP
• Strong ownership mentality with an independent, responsible working style and affinity for teamwork and cross functional collaboration
• Knowledge in SQL and Python is a plus
• Fluent in English language, German is a plus
