For our client, a well-known international energy company, we are looking for an Application Manager (m/w/d) Procurement / Ivalua to start as soon as possible.
The position is part-time with 32 hours per week and is to be filled within the framework of temporary employment.
It is possible to work 100% from home, apart from 2 days per month when the team meets at the Düsseldorf office.
You speak English fluently, have experience in purchasing and supplier relationship management, and are very familiar with Ivalua?

Tasks:
- 1. SRM 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting
- Commence onboarding in Ivalua
- Perform registration and qualification in the system
- Support suppliers in providing / updating required information / documents
- Provide Ivalua system usage support for suppliers
- Coordination with other departments participating in the Onboarding workflow
- Escalation via Supplier Owner / Team Lead in case of missing feedback / process blocks
- Create fundament for ticket creation
- 2. Sourcing 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting
- Commence Tender Support in Ivalua for Suppliers & Buyers
- Provide Ivalua Sourcing system usage support for Buyers
- Provide Ivalua system usage support for Suppliers
- Support invited Supplier Contacts to get access to the RFx
- Resend invitation for contacts to participate in RFx
- Support suppliers in submitting their offers
- Support for incoming issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate if needed
- Create fundament for ticket creation
Profile:
- A successfully completed degree or vocational training with professional experience in purchasing and supplier relationship management
- Work experience in a comparable position in application management with Ivalua or in purchasing with extensive use of Ivalua
- Extensive experience with Ivalua is essential
- Fluent English language skills, German language skills are an advantage
- Professional experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage
- Reliability, ability to work in a team even when working from home, and willingness to learn and develop
