System Administrator (m/f/d) Job in the Semiconductor Industry!
To strengthen our client's team, a company in the semiconductor industry based in Munich, we are currently looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d) to join them on a full-time basis through temporary employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
- Salary: from €50,000 gross per year (fixed salary)
- 30 days of annual leave

As an IT Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the team at the Munich site and depending on your professional experience, also work on-site in Aschheim.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users regarding Microsoft 365, Windows and mobile devices
- Install, update and maintain software and IT hardware
- Process and coordinate service tickets with internal IT teams
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with the responsible departments
- Install, replace and commission hardware, including within a data center environment
- Document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with national and international IT teams
- Maintain and utilize the internal knowledge base while continuously expanding technical expertise
- Ensure up-to-date system and security standards (Windows, patches and antivirus protection)
- Analyze recurring technical issues
Your Profile
- Completed IT-related training as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d), Information Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an IT Service Desk, Field Service or IT Support environment (1st and/or 2nd Level Support)
- Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications are an advantage
- Basic knowledge of network administration as well as solid Windows skills; Linux knowledge is desirable
- Fluent written and spoken English; German language skills at A2/B1 level are welcome
