Recruiter (m/f/d) Job in the Semiconductor Industry!

• Salary: max. 84.000 € gross per year (fixed salary)

Your responsibilities 

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management
• Developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract highly qualified technical professionals
• Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
• Identifying and engaging top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, technologies, and professional networks
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
• Building and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborating with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external recruitment partners
• Monitoring recruiting KPIs and using data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
• Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines

Your Profile

• Bachelor in HR Management, Business Administration or Recruiting
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting or Staffing, ideally within an international environment
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical or engineering positions
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
• Excellent sourcing capabilities using modern recruiting tools, technologies and professional networks
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) are required, Italian language skills are an asset 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
